BLAST ZONE® DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

Blast Zone is Committed to Producing Premium-quality Products. However, Blast Zone Does Not Provide "Free Rentals.”

Due to Increasing Customer Propensity to Use Inflatables, and Attempt to Return the Products for a Refund, the Industry Policy is Replacement Only.

New, Unused Products With Unopened Packaging May Be Returned for Refund Within 30 Days of Purchase.  Returns of These Products Are Subject to a Restocking Fee of 20% of the Purchase Price. To Return an Unused Product, Contact Us via the Contact Form, and Obtain Authorization. Return Shipping is the Responsibility of the Customer. Approved Returns Must Be Delivered Back to Blast Zone Return Processing Centers Within 14 Days of Approval.
