Our Product Return Policy Is Explained Below:
New, unused home use products with unopened packaging may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns of these products are subject to a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price. To return an unused product, contact us via the contact form, and obtain authorization. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Blast Zone® does not provide refunds for products or items that have been opened or used under any circumstances, without exception.
