I purchased the combo bounce house for 699, it was deliver on June 4th 2026 and received June 10th. I decided I no longer wanted it, asked for a refund on June 14th 2026 and returned it June 18th 2026. Unopened mind you, I paid a $120 to return. It is now August 6th and still waiting for a refund with no response from the company just an AI Bot .
Poor Quility. Not happy with this bounce house at all.Payed good money, what a disappointment.

Cheap, you get what you pay for. No where near commercial. Stitching is light duty. Maybe home use only, upin opening it I knew this wasnt what I wanted. I like how there is a restocking fee too if you return it, plus pay shipping. Basically to force you to not want to return it. Buyer beware, anytime I see restocking fee it screams we dont stand behind our product satisfaction. If the product was so good you wouldn't charge restocking because no one would return it.
Received the order promptly and it was exactly what I needed.
I pitched based on the good reviews and am not at all disappointed, except maybe that the quality is so good it is a bit heavy! Super easy to set up and a lot easier than expected to get the water out when done playing. It is also bigger than I expected once set up. Definitely recommend it.
Magic castle was great! I had two 5 yo and a 2 yr old on it and they had a blast!
The bounce castle we received has a hole right by the slide so the slide does not stay firmly inflated. We are tried to reach out to your company but get no answer.
Thought it came with a carrying bag and some basket balls
Great quality for the price. Can hold an adult inside for supervision, but DONT JUMP, as its not made for adults! Just throwing that out there for anyone who doesn't read instructions or specs. My wife sat in there with our son without any issues. Definitely more than 3 kids in it will be crowded for all the jumping that'll be going on.
Only took 3 uses of this for our toddler to make it worth it to buy. Zero issues. Highly quality. American made!!
Bounce house arrive very quickly, is good quality and and reliable, very easy set up and break down.
Love it. Have used it 3 times already, plan to use it all summer for years to come. We chose this one because we know someone who has the same one and it’s been at every party for the last 10 years, still works great!
The company stats delivered and when I reached out tried saying it is fraudulent claim! Will not ever order from this company ever again found one similar on Amazon half the price and imagine it was delivered.
Still waiting to hear back from customer service but the one we got ripped after 2 days of use. The side panel mesh ripped off the bottom so a child could fall through the side.
What a great bounce house! Our children love it! We purchased this for our daughter's birthday party, and it was too windy to set it up outside, so we put it in our garage. The kids loved using it so much that we didn't put it away for 2 weeks after the party! We are very happy with this bounce house!
